Aged 40 years, of Ansford. On March 9, 2025 peacefully at Bristol Royal Infirmary. A much loved son and friend to many. Died unexpectedly at his home, aged 56. A beautiful, much loved, kind and respected person. He will be greatly missed by All who knew him. Of Curry Rivel, passed peacefully away at home, on Sunday, March 23 2025, aged 83 years. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. A service of Thanksgiving for Roy, was held at Taunton Deane Crematorium, on April 14.
Pat passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025 at St Peter’s Hospice. Beloved Wife of Roger, Mum of Cherry and Sally, Grandma of Ellie and Ben. Also a beloved Sister, friend and neighbour. Pat will be greatly missed. Funeral service was held at South Bristol Crematorium on April 15.
Sadly passed away on 25th February 2025, aged 92 years. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Doris’s funeral service was held at Weston Crematorium on March 31.
Yvonne Maria COLLIS (nee Elliott)
Widow of Gerry Collis, passed away peacefully aged 80, on 9th March, in the presence of family. She is survived by Daughter Nicola, Son-in law Julian, Sister Jean and Brother Robert, Step-daughter Sally, extended Family and Step-family. Interment took place in Ireland.
Jean Adelaide DETHERIDGE (Formally Knott, née Wallbridge)
Died peacefully at home on 22nd February after a long illness. Beloved wife of Dennis, cherished mother, and much-loved grandmother. A funeral service took place on April 7 at the Parish Church of St Peter and St Andrew, Toller Porcorum, DT2 0DE.
Vernon sadly passed away peacefully at Grace fields Nursing Home on Tuesday 4th March, a beloved Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His funeral took place on April 1.
Passed peacefully away at Dene Lodge Care Home on 16th March 2025, aged 79 years. Lovingly missed by his family and friends.
Died on 28th February aged 92. Loved and missed by family and friends. Funeral service was held on April 10th at South Bristol Crematorium.
Passed away at Southmead Hospital on Thursday 5th December 2024 aged 74 years. Will be greatly missed by all the staff at Osborne Court Care Home. The funeral service was held at South Bristol Crematorium on April 9.

Passed away at Southmead Hospital on 14th March 2025 aged 57 years. She will be greatly missed by her son Daniel and all of her loving family and friends. The funeral service was on Wednesday April 16 in the Waterside Chapel at Westerleigh Crematorium.

(Nee Griggs) Much loved Mum of Elias, Sally and Richard and Grandma to Daniel. Passed away peacefully on 17th March 2025, aged 90 years. Private funeral service. Celebration of Janet’s Life at 3 Stoke Hill, Stoke St Michael was on April 9.
Passed away peacefully on 19th March 2025, with his family around him. A much loved Father and Grandfather who will be very sadly missed. Now reunited with Frances. Funeral service was on April 11.
Passed away peacefully on Saturday 1st March 2025, aged 76 years. Much loved and will be sadly missed by wife Nicola, daughter Georgina, sister Sue, family and many friends. Funeral took place 1.30pm on April 11 at South Bristol Crematorium.
Of Kingsdon, Somerset. Unexpectedly passed away on 24th February 2025. A dearly loved Partner of Barbara, Father of Ellen and Rosie. Pete will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral service was held at Yeovil Crematorium on Friday 4th April.

(Nee Bracey) (Formerly Webster) Passed away at Little Heath Care Home on 20th March 2025 aged 85 years. She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service was held on Monday 7th April 2025 in the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium.
Passed away on March 11th 2025, aged 98 years. Beloved Husband of the late Jill Williams, a much loved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. The Funeral Service washeld at All Saints’ Church, Publow on Tuesday, 1st April.
Sadly passed away at Warmley House Care Home on 7 April 2025. A dearly loved wife, who will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service on Friday 16 May to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Kingswood at 10.00am, followed by a burial at Kingswood Remembrance Park at 11.00am. A wake will be held afterwards at Warmley Community Centre and everyone who knew Phyl is welcome to come and share memories. Passed away 5th March 2025 and 26th March 2025 aged 92 and 94 years respectively. They will both be sadly missed by all their family and friends. Ken and Joan’s Memorial service was held on Monday 14th April, at All Saints Church, Long Ashton.
Of Street, formerly of Shapwick and Ashcott , passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on Saturday 29th March 2025 aged 82 years. A much-loved wife of the late Dave, beloved mum of Mark and of the late Scott also a loving grandmother who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service was held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April 2025.
Died peacefully on 25th March 2025, at Glebe House in Almondsbury, Bristol, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of Jack, loving mother to Ashley, Clive and Eric and much loved grandmother to Charles and Matthew. Mary will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Of Locking passed away at The Bristol Royal Infirmary on 26th March 2025 aged 69 years. Much loved partner and music teacher of the Cheddar Valley and beyond. Committal service was held at Weston Super Mare Crematorium on Monday 28th April 2025 at 10.30am followed by a celebration of Anne’s life at St. Andrew’s Church, Cheddar.
Passed away peacefully on Thursday 27th March 2025 at Southampton General Hospital, aged 80. Mother of Richard and Jessica, Grandmother of Sasha, Edward, Laura, Annabel, Alfie and George. She will be sadly missed. The funeral service took place on Thursday 1st May 2025 at Canford Crematorium at 3.00pm.

Of Baltonsborough, passed peacefully away on 25th March 2025 aged 94 years. A much loved wife of the late Michael Rutter, aunt, godmother and friend to many who will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Service at Mendip Crematorium was on Thursday 24th April 2025 at 10:30am, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St Dunstan’s Church, Baltonsborough.
Passed away peacefully on 27th March 2025. Now reunited with his beloved wife, June. He will be so greatly missed by his children, Clive, Trudie and Jo, his grandchildren Chloe, Charlotte, Francesca, Fred, Sophie, Alice and Joshua and great grandchildren Eva, Harrison, Rafi and Michael and their families. Trevor, aged 87, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 1st April. A kind, generous and devoted man who lived a full and active life until his very last days. He will be fondly missed by so many.
