Manchester United are gearing up for a busy summer transfer window and boyhood fan Luke Littler knows what he wants to see.
After a miserable Premier League campaign this season, Ineos are preparing a summer overhaul of Ruben Amorim’s squad.
Amorim has warned players will have to leave this summer to make space for new arrivals, with United also needing to make sales to fund their own deals.
At the top of the shopping list is a new centre-forward with United struggling in front of goal this season. United have been linked to Victor Osimhen, but reports also suggest that Ineos want Liam Delap now that his relegation clause has been activated.

Ineos appear to be wasting no time in the transfer market, with reports suggesting Matheus Cunha will join for £62.5m after positive talks were held with the Wolves star.
Now focus has shifted to signing a striker but it is still not clear who is United’s first choice.
United fan and darts world champion Luke Littler has had his say, speaking to Manchester Evening News.
“Do you go for one of the bigger players, like Victor Osimhen, or someone like Liam Delap, who has outscored our strikers this season?” Littler queried. “I don’t think Delap will want to be going back down to the Championship with Ipswich after this season.
“I’d love to see him sign. I’d not like to see Hojlund and Zirkzee dropped, but if they’re not performing, then Amorim might go with Delap.”
Delap is available for £30m as per the relegation clause in his Ipswich Town contract. However, United are certainly not the only Premier League team eyeing up a deal for the 22-year-old.
Littler urged United to sign Dani Olmo in January, but it seems his dream signing for this summer is now Delap.
Ineos must avoid repeat of Harry Kane mistake
When United were last in the market for a striker, they narrowed it down to a few options, including Harry Kane.
Erik ten Hag wanted to sign Kane after it became clear he would leave Tottenham. However, United went for the younger option of Rasmus Hojlund for £72m.
However, the young Danish forward struggled to cope with the pressure of being United’s first-choice striker and it has often been suggested that he needs a veteran forward to learn from.
Ineos have the option to bring in a striker with more experience this summer, or once again go for the younger option in Delap.
At 26 years old, Osimhen or Viktor Gyokeres would arrive as proven strikers, while Delap only has one year of Premier League experience under his belt.
