A popular restaurant in Stockport has been given a major culinary accolade. Fold, a bistro and bottle shop in Marple Bridge, on the edge of the borough, has been awarded two AA Rosettes this week, acknowledging their consistently high standards of cooking and use of quality ingredients.

The long-established Rosette scheme celebrates successful cooking at different levels across the UK. Achieving a Rosette is a significant milestone can elevate a restaurants profile, while two signifies a restaurant that has even greater precision and obvious attention to the selection of quality ingredients.

Family-owned, with the kitchen led by Head Chef, Jake Rossington, the neighbourhood restaurant opened in 2023. It boasts a menu of delicious British seasonal sharing plates with multi-cultural influences and a touch of North West nostalgia.
