Any Leeds United fans wondering how Largie Ramazani is getting on at Valencia might be in for a surprise.

The 24-year-old joined the Spanish side on loan in the summer looking to get back on track away from Elland Road. Daniel Farke made it clear he was not a part of his plans in the Premier League, and Spain was seen as a great option.
The loan took a long time to work out. He spent most of the first half of the season as a rotation player, with injuries severely limiting his impact.
There’s been a significant upturn in form over the last month, though. Sport Witness have covered this, with a report explaining how he had flipped things around, quite literally.
La Liga have now handed him Goal of the Month, a clear signed of the turnaround. That goal, against Levante, was an ‘incredibly beautiful, truly stunning strike’ at a crucial moment for Valencia.
It ‘set the internet ablaze’ and, while securing all three points for the Spanish side, has now won him this award as well. It’s further confirmation that Ramazani has been one of Valencia’s ‘standout players’ in recent weeks.

Largie Ramazani very much stepped up amidst injuries and proven that the loan from Leeds United was worth Valencia securing after all. Whether he can keep it up, remains to be seen.
A Goal of the Month award will certainly provide a timely boost to those efforts.
It’s been an impressive turnaround for the forward, who has three goals across his last four La Liga appearances.
At the beginning of January, Sport Witness covered reports suggesting he could return to Leeds. The reports made it clear the loan would not become permanent.
Now things are very different. Ramazani is a key player, winning awards and earning praise from all corners.
Still, Valencia won’t want to pay a reasonable fee and should they wish to keep the player, then tough negotiations will be ahead with Leeds United.
