PSNI ‘concerned for welfare’ of woman missing from Killinchy possibly wearing her pyjamas

Police have issued an appeal for a missing woman possibly dressed in her pyjamas.

Officers made an appeal on Thursday asking the public to help locate Edwina Ritchie, who is missing from the Killinchy area.

Edwina is said to be 5’6″ in height with short brown hair and possibly wearing a dressing gown and pyjamas.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police are concerned about the welfare of Edwina Ritchie who has been reported missing from the Ballybunden Road area near Killinchy.

“Edwina is described as 5’6 tall of medium build and short brown hair.

“Edwina may be wearing a white dressing gown and grey pyjama’s.

“If you have any information as to Edwinas movements or current whereabouts please contact Newtownards police on non emergency number 101 quoting reference 444 26/02/2026.”
