Agency shuts offices outside London at short notice

The Chase Buchanan agency appears to have closed at least some – and possibly all – of its offices outside of London.

Media reports in the south west suggest that the agency this week closed offices in Wiltshire and Somerset – specifically in Trowbridge, Melksham, Bristol and Bath.

Letting Agent Today tried to contact the agency’s Exeter office and this, too, appeared to be out of contact.

All branches appear to have been removed from the Chase Buchanan website, which now shows only seven branches, all in London.

There appears to be only London properties listed for sale on its website, and no longer any for rent.

Chase Buchanan has been approached for comment.
