An East Lothian police officer was rushed to an Edinburgh hospital after being knocked down in Haddington.
The road has since been closed following the incident as an investigation is underway.
Around 3.55pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 a crash took place involving a vehicle and a police officer on High Street, Haddington.

The male police officer was taken The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
