A new cast has been announced for Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution at London County Hall.
This is the fifteenth cast for the hit courtroom thriller, and they start performances in the spectacular courtroom setting of London County Hall from 17 March 2026.
The cast of Witness for the Prosecution will be led by Hollyoaks star Owen Warner, who makes his stage debut as the accused Leonard Vole.
The cast will also star Eleanor Sutton (Wuthering Heights) as Romaine, with Simon Cotton (Murder on the Orient Express) as Sir Wilfrid Robarts QC, Matthew White (Midnight Cowboy) as Mr Mayhew, David Whitworth (Twelfth Night) as Mr Justice Wainwright, and Michael Mears (A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story) as Mr Myers QC.

The company is completed by Joe Anthony, Kai Antoine, Andrew Bloomer, Martin Edwards, Oliver Hatfield, Tamsin Heatley, Matthew Hebden, Mark Huckett, Ruchi Rai, Vanessa Sampson, Paul Westwood and Meimei Young.
Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution started London performances in 2017 and has become a much-loved part of London’s theatre scene.
In the drama, Leonard Vole is accused of murder in cold blood, as prosecution battles defence and witnesses take the stand to give their shocking testimonies.
Witness for the Prosecution is directed by Lucy Bailey (Death on the Nile, Murder on the Orient Express).
