The hit West End production of Hamilton is set to star Broadway’s Leslie Odom Jr.
Tony and Grammy Award-winner Leslie Odom Jr. is Broadway’s original Aaron Burr in Hamilton.
The Oscar-nominated screen and stage star will perform in the London musical for a strictly limited nine week season in the West End, performing at the Victoria Palace Theatre from 3 July to 5 September 2026.

Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Olivier and Tony Award winning musical recently extended its run at the Victoria Palace Theatre, and is now booking to 13 March 2027.

The show also stars Alex Sawyer as Alexander Hamilton, and Bente Mulan as Eliza Hamilton. Aaron Burr is currently played by Jay Perry.
Directed by Thomas Kail, Hamilton will celebrate its 9th birthday in the West End in December 2026. Last year the show celebrated its 10th anniversary on Broadway.

Leslie Odom Jr. is joining the cast of Hamilton as Aaron Burr from 3 July to 5 September 2026.The role is currently played by Jay Perry (Back to the Future).
The cast also features Alex Sawyer (Girl From The North Country) as Alexander Hamilton and Bente Mulan (Disney’s Frozen) as Eliza Hamilton, with Emily-Mae (The Bodyguard) as Angelica Schuyler, Jasmine Jia Yung Shen (Six The Musical) as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds, Jonathan Andrew Hume (Shucked) as George Washington, Yeukayi Ushe (The Lion King) as Marquis De Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson, Jordan Castle (Guys & Dolls) as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison, Jordan Benjamin (The Little Big Things) as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton and Daniel Boys (Avenue Q) as King George III. At certain performances, the role of Alexander Hamilton will be played by Adam J. Bernard (The Drifters’ Girl).
