A model from Manchester, widely recognised for having “Britain’s biggest lips”, says she has made a complete U-turn on her look of 10 years and has had her filler dissolved.
Sofia Lips, as she is known online, has spent over £500,000 transforming her appearance and regularly makes headlines for her cosmetic procedures.
The 28-year-old previously revealed how she almost died after undergoing botched breast surgery in Turkey, where she was left leaking ‘green gunk’. This ordeal made her rethink how her face looked and left her worrying that her “life was on the line”.

Now, years after enhancing her features, Sofia has removed her cheek and jaw filler revealing a more natural look.
“The square jaw and cheeks have gone now,” she said. “I took out my cheeks, jaw and chin.

“I did what I wanted with it and got lost in the filler fetish of it all and became a little lost for a few years.
“Now since my transition, I just feel less is more. I’m always going to be on the extreme side, but I was looking at how my fans wanted me to look and it wasn’t right for me anymore.”
The dissolving sessions have cost around £2,000 and Sofia says her aesthetician had to use four times the normal amount of dissolver due to the amount of filler involved.
“I’ve had to change my face ID to unlock my phone as it didn’t recognise me anymore,” she told NeedToKnow.
Since the change, Sofia is still adjusting to her natural face again as it makes her feel “embarrassed”, sharing how she cant leave the house. “I was so used to having huge cheek, so its quite different.”
“I’m ridiculed for my looks, but what others think of me is none of my business.”
While her cheeks and jawline have been dissolved, her famous lips remain saying “I love huge lips they will always stay”.
Their size means Sofia goes through around a tub of Vaseline a day and has estimated to have used around 1,000 tins so far, costing roughly £5,000.

She said: “I’m ridiculed for my looks, but what others think of me is none of my business.”
Sofia hasn’t ruled out enhancements again in the future and shared how she may re-fill her cheeks and jaw but just not as harsh for an “even” look.
