Ukraine can help Seoul as North Korea’s military grows stronger, experts say

Ukraine can provide South Korea with invaluable battle-tested expertise for deterring North Korea in exchange for military aid like anti-air defense systems that are in short supply due to Russia’s invasion, members of Ukrainian security think tanks said Friday.

Experts from the Kyiv-based New Europe Center and New Geopolitics Research Network made the remarks at a roundtable conference in Seoul, warning that the DPRK’s growing military capabilities could pose a threat to the South.
