The summer transfer window is growing ever closer on the horizon for many of the biggest players in European football and as such clubs across the continent are already making plans for the summer window. According to reports in Italy, Napoli’s hopes of signing the Belgian international could be ruined due to the fact that he already has an offer from none other than Liverpool.
