Anyone who spots Falak, aged 14, who could be in Birmingham, is urged to dial 999 straight away and let the police know her whereabouts

A desperate appeal has been launched to find a missing schoolgirl who is thought could be in Birmingham.

Falak is 14 and has gone missing from her home area of Telford.

She is thought have either travelled to Birmingham or possibly to London.

West Mercia Police is asking for the public’s help to locate the teenager.

And anyone who spots her is urged to call 999 straight away.

Falak is of Asian appearance with long dark brown hair.

She is believed to have been wearing a black coat with a fur hood, black leggings and a white top at the time of her disappearance.

In issuing the missing person’s appeal , a spokesperson for the West Mercia force said: “Have you seen 14-year-old Falak who has been reported missing from Telford?

“Falak is described as around 5ft 2-3in tall, of a slim build and with long dark brown. She was last seen wearing a white top, black leggings, and a black coat with a fur hood.

“It is believed Falak could be in Birmingham or London.

“Anyone who has seen Falak, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to call 999 immediately.”
