Footage has captured the moment that a carpet factory linked to the Daniel clan was set on fire during a gangland feud caught on camera.
It comes as three men have been jailed over the incident at The Carpet Store Factory Outlet in Bishopbriggs on April 7. The video set against the Prodigy song Firestarter, shows the building completely enveloped in flames, before ending with a menacing message , reports the Record.
It stated: “Daniel and Richardsons, every associate and every business will be targeted. Leave Scotland immediately.”

The video ends with a picture of the TMJ insignia, showing a skull decorated in a saltire with two shotguns.
The High Court in Glasgow heard today how Marshall O’Hara, 21, Fraser Stewart, 22, and Aiden McLaughlin, 21, targeted houses and a carpet firm linked to the Daniel crime family. The trio were mainly snared due to damning CCTV and doorbell camera footage.

This included capturing McLaughlin’s trainers catching fire as he leapt from the roof of one of the blaze sites. The three admitted their involvement as they appeared in the dock.
The trio were arrested between April 23 and May 17 during the massive Operation Portaledge probe. It is believed at least one of them was paid a relatively small sum of just £300 for getting involved.

O’Hara and Stewart today pled guilty to four charges of wilful fire-raising. McLaughlin admitted to the same crime for his part in the Carpet Store blaze.
A judge – previously involved in cases linked to the underworld war waged last year – repeated his remarks these attacks were once again an example of “sheer naked gangsterism”. O’Hara, Stewart, McLaughlin were remanded in custody and will learn their fate in May.
Police Scotland has arrested over 60 people as part of their Operation Portaledge probe into the gang war and a number of people have already been slapped with lengthy sentences.
