In the Warsaw press conference, President Macron has said Moscow’s victory parade today showed Russian leader Vladimir Putin is “on the side of war, not on the side of peace”.

Any belief that Russia is interested in peace is “wrong at this stage”, the French president said, and reinforced calls for a ceasefire.

He also confirmed the “coalition of the willing” meeting, announced by President Zelenskyy to be taking place tomorrow, will be in a hybrid format and that he will attend himself.

On the victory parade, Donald Tusk said “being present at the victory parade brings shame on whoever is there.”

Moscow hosted at least 27 foreign leaders to the parade today, the highest number since 2015. They included the leaders of Brazil, Slovakia, Serbia, Myanmar and Burkina Faso, alongside Chinese premier Xi Jinping.

With that, the press conference ended.
