The three candidates to contest the Horsforth Town Council by-election in Hall Park ward have been announced.
Khadijah Akhtar (Green), Della Heptinstall (Conservatives) and Ian McCargo (Labour) will all contest the seat on 7 May. One candidate will be elected.
As WLD reported last month, the Hall Park seat became vacant following the resignation of Councillor Becky Heaviside.
The by-election takes place the same day as the Leeds City Council elections, where all 33 wards across Leeds will be contested.
