Translink has urged passengers to allow extra time for their journeys on Tuesday as fuel protests are planned at several locations across Northern Ireland.
The public transport operator said it is currently planning to run bus and rail services as normal on Tuesday, but is working closely with partner agencies to assess the risk posed by planned demonstrations.
Social media posts have called for protests at 2pm at a number of locations, including the Westlink in Belfast, Sprucefield in Lisburn, Larne Harbour, Nutts Corner, Mallusk, Toome Bridge on the A6, Omagh town centre and the Ballygawley Roundabout on the A5.
The demonstrations are modelled on protests in the Republic, where farmers and hauliers blockaded fuel depots and major roads last week over the rising cost of fuel.
A Translink spokesperson said: “Translink is currently planning to operate bus and rail services as per schedule.
“We are working closely with partner agencies to assess the possibility of fuel protests at various locations and have contingency arrangements in place should they be required.
