The council’s mobile tip trucks will be visiting 10 wards this week

The dates and locations of Birmingham City Council’s popular mobile tip truck service have been announced.
Householders can turn up without ID, hand over their waste to crews who will dispose of it free of charge and safely.
Items include rubbish that cannot be reused and bulky items, including furniture and wood.

Crews will not take building materials, white goods, large items such as garage doors, tree stumps or thick branches, hazardous materials such as asbestos, engine or cooking oil.
Gas cylinders and wheelie bins will also be refused.
