A former X Factor finalist-turned-influencer has been charged with attempted murder after three people were injured when a car rammed into pedestrians outside a packed Soho nightclub.
The incident took place at around 4.30am on Sunday (April 19) on Argyll Street, just yards from the Inca nightclub. Three people were injured., reports the Daily Star.
A woman in her 30s remains in a life-threatening condition, while a man in his 50s sustained life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital. A third woman, aged in her 30s, was treated for minor injuries.

Gabrielle Carrington, also known as RIELLEUK, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm and drink driving, the Met Police has confirmed. The 29-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (April 21).
The social media influencer has around 362,000 followers on Instagram, where she is seen posing beside a black Mercedes. She also appeared as a teenager on the X Factor in 2013, reaching the live finals as part of the girl group Miss Dynamix, impressing judges including Gary Barlow.
Emergency services confirmed they responded to reports that “a car had been involved in a collision with pedestrians” in central London.
“As our enquiries continue, our thoughts are with those injured and their loved ones,” explained Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, of Specialist Crime South.
“While this incident took place in the early hours of the morning, venues in the area were still open, and we believe a number of people will have seen what happened.
“I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision, or any activity prior to it that they feel may be of relevance, to come forward. The information you have – however minor you believe it may be – could be of crucial importance to investigators.”
The incident is not being treated as terror-related, officers have confirmed. The Met is appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting the reference 3374/19APR.
Officers also noted that details can be passed on to the independent charity Crimestoppers, in complete anonymity, by calling 0800 555 111.
