Vice president JD Vance and his team are due to land in Islamabad for another round of talks with Iran within a matter of hours, the New York Post reports.
Trump told the Post the envoy, made up of Vance, Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, were on the way just after 9am EST.

“They’re heading over now,” Trump told reporters. “They’ll be there tonight, (Islamabad) time.”
However, it remains unclear if Iran will participate at all with the latest coming from Tehran that it has “no plans for the next round” of talks.
