Incredible drone footage shows Trafford Park fire
Striking drone footage shows the billowing of smoke over Trafford Park due to a fire in the area.
The 29 second video by Tree Cut Manchester captures thick black smoke filling the air near the Trafford Centre, with plumes still rising from the industrial estate.
The footage shows the smoke stretching across the skyline after a large fire broke out on Clarence Avenue in Trafford Park, with the fumes continuing to spread over surrounding areas.

People living nearby have been urged to keep doors and windows closed and avoid the area.
Firefighters from across the area were called at around 1.25pm to the blaze. Eyewitnesses working near the scene of the fire told the M.E.N. they heard two ‘loud bangs’, which alerted them to the incident.
They then came outside to see ‘smoke everywhere’.
A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson has issued the following update:
“Just after 1.25pm on Friday, April 24, fire crews were called to reports of a large fire at an industrial premises on Clarence Avenue in Trafford Park.
“Fire engines from Stretford, Eccles and Manchester Central were among the first to attend the scene, where firefighters found a significant fire involving part of a factory building, with reports that chemicals and oil drums were stored nearby.
“Crews quickly deployed jets to fight the fire, while additional fire engines, specialist equipment and an aerial appliance were also mobilised.
“Firefighters continue to work closely with Greater Manchester Police, North West Ambulance Service, and Hazardous Area Response Teams (HART) to manage the incident safely.
“Members of the public are advised to avoid the area while crews continue to tackle the fire and make the scene safe.”
