I’m A Celebrity aired one of the most shocking finals in history last night.
The All Stars cast came together once more for a rather explosive final, which saw David Haye and Jimmy Bullard criticise eventual winner Adam Thomas. There were boos heard throughout the show – aimed at various stars – and now the celebrities who were there have spoken out about what happened during the show.
Gemma Collins took to social media earlier today, where she cheered Adam on for his win and took aim at David and Jimmy for their behaviour during the show. It was also claimed Gemma had advised Jimmy to “just cop to it”.
Praising Adam, she wrote: “THE WINNER @adamthomas21. What a show up !!! Absolutely disgusted with jimmy and David’s behaviour the biggest show up in tv history !!!

“What an EMBARRASSMENT ! To all the took part in the show it was a discredit to the production crew cast Ant and Dec biggest disrespect ever !!! Last night was meant to be a celebration instead it was very upsetting !! X Let’s hope Adam will find some energy to absorb his victory ! X.”
Adam also broke his silence this morning, where he said he would never let anyone dim his light.
“I walked through this journey with my heart first, no matter what came my way…It was not always easy, there were moments that could have broken me, but I stayed true to myself and that is something I will always be proud of,” he said.
“I have realised that when people try to dim your light, it says more about them than it ever will about you. This experience has shown me my strength in ways I never imagined. Not because of any title or recognition, but because I stayed kind, I stayed grounded and I stayed real.”
Ending his post, he added: “To everyone who supported me, who believed in me and showed love, thank you, it means more than I can ever put into words. And to those who doubted me or tried to bring me down, I carry no negativity towards you.
“I have already won in the ways that matter most. I have love, I have happiness and I have stayed true to myself, and that is something no one can ever take away from me.”
Adam Thomas’ wife Caroline – who was also in attendance at the event – said she felt like she was “watching a pack of vultures attack”. In a post to Instagram today, Caroline said: “What should have been a night of celebration for everyone, turned into a glimpse of a real jungle, watching a pack of vultures attack! I have never ever seen anything like the vile display that was demonstrated live on national television last night, on what is supposed to be a loved family show full of laughter and fun!
“Not one bit of that was fun, or ‘banter’ and as a wife my heart is breaking and I will forever be horrified at what I had to sit and watch my husband go through.”
