A fire broke out at a property in Heald Green. Flames and thick plumes of smoke were seen coming from the building, off Styal Road, from around 8pm this evening (Saturday, April 25).
In pictures and videos shared with the Manchester Evening News, fire crews can be seen tackling the fire as bystanders watch on.

A number of police vehicles also appeared to be at the scene as crews dealt with the blaze.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMRS) and Greater Manchester Police were approached for further information.
