Fire engines dashed to a blaze in Birmingham city centre.
Two trucks were parked on Broad Street at around 12.30am, today, Sunday, May 11.
Crews found a bin on fire outside the Indian restaurant Qavali, based on neighbouring Brindleyplace.

Crews appeared on Cumberland Street, to the side of the eatery, as they dealt with the incident.
It was not thought the fire affected the restaurant.
A fire service spokeswoman told BirminghamLive today: “We were called to a bin on fire, near to the Indian restaurant Qavali, in Brindleyplace, Birmingham.

“It was next to an external canopy of the restaurant. It didn’t affect the restaurant.
“We had two trucks in attendance, just before 12.30am today, and the fire was extinguished.

“We left it in the hands of the restaurant’s security team.
“The stop came in at 12.51am.”
