Yesterday, lucky fans took pictures with Springsteen as he signed vinyl and memorabilia on Sussex Street. The rock star looked in good spirits as he posed for pictures and had a few words with fans before being escorted away by security.
One fan was lucky enough to leave with Bruce’s guitar pick after a quick and heartfelt exchange with the musician. Long time fan, Charlotte Elizabeth Hickey, caught the moment he greeted her with a “Hi darling” after which she told him “I’ve loved you my whole life.”
“One of his team then checked if I was okay because of the tears.” She told the M.E.N “When I said I was just really happy, he then gave me one of Bruce’s guitar picks. Very lucky day for me!”
