Emergency services were called to the West End on Sunday morning after a car overturned.

The incident happened at around 11am on Chester Street. Police and paramedics were on the scene after the Vauxhall Corsa flipped onto its roof.

The condition of those involved is not currently known. The road was closed off between Manor Place and Palmertson Place.

Alistair Morris, who was on the street, told us: “Happened about 11am today.

“Police and ambulance in attendance. Chester Street is closed of from Manor Place to Palmerston Place.”

Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
