A Chopstix Express noodle bar has opened in Uddingston’s Scotmid as part of its ‘in-store food-to-go’ concept.

The new counter forms part of Scotmid’s wider quick-service offer, which also includes a range of freshly prepared products.

And the format is designed for maximum convenience for customers on the move and those who wish to enjoy Chopstix at home via delivery.

Joining its growing Chopstix estate of over 140 locations nationwide, the site launched on April 30, operating from 12pm – 9pm daily.

Chopstix has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants, with its focus on bold Asian flavours served fast making it a firm favourite with customers across the UK.

As well as classics like Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, Chopstix has a range of fresh flavours including the spicy Firecracker Chicken with a fiery garlic and chilli seasoning, and brand favourites like Chicken Katsu Curry and the restaurant’s signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.
