Stars from BBC Strictly Come Dancing queued at a viral bakery in the capital ahead of their show at the Edinburgh Playhouse on Friday.
Professional dancers Gorka Marquez and Julian Caillon waited to get their hands on items at Lannan Bakery in Stockbridge.
Their visit came only only hours before they were set to take to the stage for Strictly The Professionals on May 1.
Sharing an image on social media, Julian said Gorka was “excited” to visit the popular food spot in the capital while a large queue continued behind them. Gorka later shared an image of a bag filled with baked goods.
Lannan Bakery in Stockbridge has become popular over the years with locals arriving at the store before 7am to be the first inside.

Every weekend since opening in 2023, huge queues have been spotted on the street with the owner having to implement measures with a limit of two of each pastries per person introduced in June 2024.
The bakery has become a phenomenon on social media and has been branded the ‘world’s best bakery’ with influencers hopping on the trend to see what the fuss is about.
