Maya Jama has joined Celebrity Traitors, which starts filming in Scotland very soon. She will be joined in the castle by a star-studded line-up.

Maya Jama flashed a huge smile as she arrived in Scotland today for Celebrity Traitors. The Love Island host was said to be top of producers’ lists for the new series, which will also star soap stars, Ross Kemp and Julie Hesmondhalgh.
Seen arriving at Iverness Airport today, Maya, 31, cut a casual figure, sporting a white T-Shirt, sunglasses and white jeans. The former Radio One host looks set to be a huge hit on The Traitors with her ability to pull in a younger audience thanks to her Love Island hosting duties.

Maya was also reportedly more than willing to take a huge pay cut to appear on the smash-hit show, compared to her fee hosting Love Island.
She is said to have accepted the £40,000 fee after falling in love with the series while watching it with her boyfriend Rúben Dias.
A source told The Sun: ‘She loved watching the first Celebrity Traitors series at home with boyfriend Rúben and is so excited to get filming She can’t wait to do some fibbing and be as deceitful as possible to try to win it’.
“It has worked out perfectly that she can go straight from the Scottish castle to the villa in Majorca to film the summer Love Island series in June.”
