
A MAN was left with horror wounds after a brutal Saturday night street assault.
Cops are probing the bloody attack on a 25-year-old in the Knightswood area of Glasgow.

He was set upon after reports of a bust-up in Alderman Road at around 9.40pm.
Cops and medics raced to the scene where the stricken victim was treated for serious injuries.
He was then rushed to hospital as a probe into the sickening incident continued this afternoon.
Police are guarding the spot where he was violence erupted and an area of the street close to several homes remains taped off.

Two cars could be seen inside the cordon with a patrol car parked nearby.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Emergency services attended, and a 25-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment to what are described as serious injuries.
“Officers remain in attendance while enquiries are carried out and anyone with information or concerns is encouraged to approach them.”
Elsewhere the force is probing a separate violent incident that left a 32-year-old man with agonising injuries.

Detectives are appealing for information following the serious assault in the city on Friday.
The victim was attacked in the Maryhill Road area at around 8.10pm.
He suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Enquiries are at an early stage to establish the full circumstances.
Detective Constable Scott Moran said: “This was a violent assault on the victim, and it is vital that we find out what happened, and trace whoever is responsible.
“We are asking anyone who was in the area of Maryhill Road on Friday evening and witnessed a disturbance, or noticed anything at all suspicious, to please get in touch.
“We would also urge anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage which could be of significance to the investigation to come forward.”
