Police have released CCTV images following an attack with a knife in Bristol last month.
Avon and Somerset Police were called to an incident where an unknown man smashed the windows of a vehicle in The Groves, Hartcliffe, at around 10.30pm on Sunday, April 5.
The vehicle’s owner came out of his home to confront the offender, police said.
The offender then produced a knife and injured the victim, who was taken to hospital for treatment for non-life-changing injuries.
The victim has since been discharged from the hospital to continue his recovery at home.
The force is now appealing to the man in the CCTV images who may have information to assist with their enquiries regarding the assault and criminal damage.
He is described by police as white, of stocky build, with short brown hair.
He is wearing a black ICON hooded top and grey jogging bottoms, and is believed to have suffered a leg injury.
Police have carried out extensive CCTV and house-to-house enquiries, and forensic enquiries are ongoing as their investigation continues.
The force asks that anyone with information or CCTV footage, or who may be able to identify the man pictured, contact them on 101 quoting 5226093312 or complete their ongoing appeals form.
