The viral Rant & Ramble wellness movement taking social media by storm is officially bringing its iconic Coffee Rave experience to Manchester for the very first time, and where better to launch than the incredible Co-op Live, at their recently unveiled Canalside venue?
Founded by Leesa Collinge, Rant & Ramble Wellbeing has built a hugely engaged community through its feel-good mix of sunrise walks, luxury retreats and high-energy alcohol-free Coffee Raves. What started in York has quickly become one of the UK’s most talked about wellbeing movements, gaining national attention across social media, TV, radio and press.
Now, following a string of sold out events and over a million views online, Rant & Ramble is officially launching its UK Coffee Rave Tour starting in Manchester in collaboration with Co-op Live.
What to expect at the Co-op Live Canalside Coffee Rave

Taking place at the venue’s stunning covered Canalside location, and utilising the main venue’s Co-op Backstage Club, the morning experience will combine movement, music, connection and coffee all before work.
Guests can expect:
- A guided pre rave social walk
- High energy DJ and percussion sets
- Feel good live music and uplifting vibes
- Coffee and connection
- An electric morning atmosphere designed to boost mood, energy and wellbeing before the working day begins
The event is designed to bring people together in a completely different way proving that mornings can feel exciting, social and uplifting, there’s no better way to start your day.

Rant & Ramble Founder, Leesa Collinge said: “We created Coffee Raves to make people feel alive again. There is something so powerful about starting your morning surrounded by music, movement, energy and connection.
“Watching hundreds of people dance together with a coffee in hand before 9am is honestly magic. Launching Manchester with Co-op Live feels huge for us and we cannot wait.”
Co-op Live Senior Vice President and General Manager, Guy Dunstan said: “Both Co-op Live and our vibrant daytime location Canalside have been built to offer new and exciting opportunities to event lovers and our local community, and Rant & Ramble embody both perfectly. What’s better than bringing people together for a morning of pure joy? I can’t wait to join everyone there.”

The Manchester Coffee Rave marks the beginning of an exciting nationwide expansion for Rant & Ramble, with further UK cities and major collaborations planned throughout 2026.
