Farnley & Wortley ward has elected a Reform UK councillor for the first time.
Wenzdae Robbins beat the Green Party’s Ann Blackburn to gain the seat for Reform. The seat had been held by Green Party’s David Blackburn, but the experienced councillor hadn’t sought re-election due to ill health.
Labour’s Charlotte Hill came third, narrowly beating Independent Peter Allison.
