The North West PROPS Awards 2026 will take place at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel on Thursday, November 12.
It promises to be a night of glitz and goodwill, celebrating excellence in the region’s property sector while raising vital funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity.
Returning for its fourth year in the North West, the event has become a highlight of the property industry calendar, honouring outstanding achievement while supporting disabled and disadvantaged young people.

Lyn Staunton, development director for Variety, said: “The North West PROPS are a fantastic celebration of excellence in the property industry, but they also help us change the lives of children across the region.”
Funds raised through the event directly support Variety’s work, including its Sunshine Coaches scheme, which provides specially adapted transport for children and young people who need it most.
Ms Staunton said: “We are officially launching the 2026 awards with an even greater ambition to support those youngsters who need it most.
“In 2025, the property community showed incredible heart by raising more than £400,000.
“For 2026, we are calling on both our long-standing supporters and new partners to help us top that total.
“Every pound secured translates directly into essential resources like our Sunshine Coaches.
“We look forward to seeing the industry come together once again for what promises to be an inspiring and emotionally rewarding evening.”
Last year’s ceremony, hosted by England rugby international and actor Martin Bayfield, raised more than £400,000, which funded six Variety Sunshine Coaches.
The 2026 awards will honour achievement across categories including Developer of the Year, Funder of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and The Rising Star Award.
