A murder investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed to death in Moss Side.
A police scene is in place on Raby Street, near Westwood Street, today (Saturday, May 9) following the stabbing on Friday evening. A forensic tent has been erected within the cordon.
Forensic officers have been pictured carrying out investigations on the road. A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said a man aged in 30s was rushed to hospital with ‘injuries consistent with a stabbing’.

He sadly died a short time later. An 18-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of murder, with enquiries into the attack ongoing.
