Police say they are “extremely concerned” for the welfare of a missing Glasgow man. James McGarvey was last seen in the Govan Road area near the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital around 10.45am on Saturday, May 9.
The 56-year-old is described as white, 5ft 8in, of slim build with greying hair. He was wearing beige clothing and a black parka jacket with fur hood.
Officers are urging anyone who has information on his whereabouts to get in touch.
Inspector Graeme Smith said: “We are extremely concerned for James’ welfare and have a number of officers in the area carrying out enquiries.
“I am urging anyone who thinks they may have seen James today or has information on his whereabouts to please get in touch.”
