Police attend reports of fight on Town Street, Armley

West Yorkshire Police arrived at the scene on Town Street, Armley some time after 3.57pm, on the understanding that there was an “ongoing fight”.

“On arrival no victim or suspects were located,” a spokesperson said.

It is not clear exactly what happened, but the force affirms enquiries are ongoing.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Police received a third party report of an ongoing fight on Town Street, Armley yesterday. 

“Officers were called at 3.57pm (11 May) on arrival no victim or suspects were located.  

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
