Saffery is based in Leeds at 10 Wellington Place
Next Wednesday Yorkshire’s property professionals will have the chance to hear from CEO of Real Estate:UK, Melanie Leech, and CBRE Investment Management’s Head of UK Direct Real Strategies, Hannah Marshall, at a free breakfast seminar at Harvey Nichols’ Fourth Floor Brasserie.
A limited number of places are still available at the exclusive breakfast and panel discussion, titled ‘Obsolete to Opportunity’, which is being hosted jointly by chartered accounting and business advisory firm, Saffery’s real estate team and leading London property consultancy, Daniel Watney Partnership.
Melanie joined the British Property Federation as CEO in 2015, ahead of launching Real Estate:UK, where her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable UK real estate sector recognised for the positive economic and social benefits it delivers to communities across the country.
In her current role, Hannah leads and oversees investment strategy and portfolio management across all CBRE’s UK direct real estate solutions, including global inbound capital. She is also fund manager for the firm’s European residential strategy.
Richard Crook, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Saffery, said: “With UKREiiF bringing the property industry to Leeds next week, we’re looking forward to hosting this high-profile event. It will be a great opportunity to enjoy breakfast, hear valuable insights from two key figures about the current challenges and opportunities in the real estate sector and catch-up with industry colleagues in a relaxed environment before the day gets going.
“It promises to be a popular event, and there are only a limited number of places remaining, so anyone interested in attending should register now.”
The event takes place from 8.45am to 10.30am on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at Harvey Nichols’ Fourth Floor Brasserie in Leeds city centre. To register call Saffery in Leeds on 0113 887 5538.
