Danish-born juice bar and coffee concept, Joe & The Juice, is bringing its signature juices, coffee, and cult-favourite sandwiches to Birmingham this Friday (May 15, 2026), with a brand-new opening at the Bullring—the brand’s first standalone store in the city (you can find it currently at John Lewis Birmingham Grand Central).
Joe & The Juice’s first dedicated bricks-and-mortar store in Birmingham will be located in the Bullring’s Upper Level West Mall, marking its 92nd UK site. To celebrate opening day, the store will be transforming into a full Western-themed oasis, while the first 100 customers will receive a free juice on opening.

Inspired by the spirit of the Bullring, the activation leans into cowboy culture with a “grab life by the horns” attitude. In a nod to Birmingham’s textile heritage, the store will have an exclusive personalisation station between 10am and 6pm, where visitors can customise their own bandanas— available with any in-store purchase.

Designed with modern Scandinavian heritage in mind, the store will feature an open kitchen layout, minimalist interiors and natural materials. The new space will also integrate the JOE app experience, where customers can pre-order, skip the queue and earn rewards.
The Birmingham Bullring menu will showcase everything from iconic juices and wellness shots to functional smoothies, speciality coffee, and its latest limited-edition drink, Maya Jama’s Matcha. Popular Scandi-style sandwiches, using fresh rye flatbread, will also be available, including favourites such as the Tunacado.
Joe & The Juice Birmingham Bullring will open on Friday, May 15, 2026. Opening hours will be 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, Sunday.
