A new update is rolling out to the Amazfit Balance 2 smartwatch. This wearable was last updated in April 2026, when it received firmware version 3.46.0.1, bringing support for a range of new BioCharge-related tools.
Users of the Amazfit Balance 2 smartwatch are now receiving firmware version 3.46.2.1. This is a relatively minor update, which is said to improve the user experience and enhance system stability. The release notes, shared on Reddit, did not provide any further details, so it is unclear how users will benefit from this update.
However, the Reddit user who shared the firmware version 3.46.2.1 change log has noted other improvements. For example, they believe that the offline route generation tool now works faster and is less likely to crash. They have also flagged several bugs which they are experiencing after installation. These include incorrectly synchronized time, miscalculated elevation levels and missing map features.
Amazfit is likely to be rolling out firmware version 3.46.2.1 in phases to users of the Balance 2 smartwatch (curr. $299.99 at Amazon). Should you wish to download the update, you will be able to start the installation process from the Zepp app.
