Greene King Retailing Limited submitted an application to Leeds City Council to amend the premises licence for the Old Peacock, Elland Road.
Although the pub’s opening hours and liquor licence would remain unchanged, the proposal would allow for the addition of a first-floor mezzanine featuring a bar and toilet facilities.
The proposed mezzanine bar is detailed in the submitted plan, drawing number LP-01, project number 25-994.
Any comments regarding the application must be submitted in writing by May 27, 2026 to entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk or posted to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
