CARY, N.C. – Texas A&M’s Nico Partida and Jorian Wilson earned invitations to the 2026 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp.
The USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp features the top non-draft-eligible college players in the country. The training camp slate begins with a slate of exhibition games between the national Stars & Stripes squads and select teams from the Appalachian League, running June 27-29. The annual Stars vs. Stripes series includes five games from June 30-July 4. Games one and five take place at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Games two, three and four will be held at the National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.
The final Collegiate National Team will be named on July 5 following the conclusion of Training Camp and will compete in the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship at Taichung City Intercontinental Baseball Stadium in Taichung City, Taiwan, from July 11-15.
Partida has made 44 starts at third base this season, slashing .317/.415/.585. He has scored 41 runs and driven in 41 RBI to compliment eight doubles and 12 home runs. The Manvel, Texas, native has recorded 16 multi-hit and 12 multi-RBI performances this season. In SEC play, Partida has plated 19 RBI on 20 hits, including two doubles and seven home runs.
Wilson has appeared in 38 games while making starts in 30, logging a .303/.373/.681 slash line with five doubles, two triples, 12 home runs and six stolen bases. He has crossed home plate 33 times while driving in 32 RBI. The freshman slugger has logged 10 multi-hit and eight multi-RBI performances on the year. Wilson has made starts in 20 SEC games this season, recording a .338 batting average with 22 runs, 20 RBI, three doubles and seven home runs in that span.
Both Partida and Wilson have launched 12 home runs this season with seven in conference play, the most among all freshmen in the SEC.
