The showcase, organised by the Bradford Model Engineering Society, takes place at Bradford Industrial Museum on Saturday and Sunday, May 23 and 24.
Exhibits will include a range of models, from railway locomotives and boats to stationary engines and Meccano, with some in operation during the event.
Adrian Shuttleworth, president of the Bradford Model Engineering Society, said: “We’re looking forward to another great weekend at Bradford Industrial Museum.
“This is the 4th year we’ve run these family-friendly events encouraging people to find out about our models, their origins and principles of motive power and engineering, and perhaps even consider becoming a member and enjoy the monthly socials, speakers, group projects, and running days.
“It promises to be a fun and educational weekend for adults and children alike.”
Several of the models on show will be powered by steam or electricity and will be emulating the full-size exhibits that will be running during the day.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to ride the society’s portable railway and try piloting radio-controlled boats on a small pond.
Society members will be on hand to share their expertise and talk about other activities throughout the weekend.
