A team of Bristol City legends and celebs ran out 4-0 winners over Bristol Rovers’ legends and celebs side.
Coming together at Ashton Gate, the Talk Club Cup united former players from both clubs, as well as local celebrities to use football rivalry as a force for good. The evening was bigger than the 90-minutes on the pitch, it was to raise awareness, break down sigma and raise vital funds for mental fitness support across Bristol.
In Bristol alone, 25 men lose their lives to suicide every year. Events like the Talk Club Cup play a crucial role in ensuring men across the city have access to preventative, community-based mental fitness support.
