A man has been arrested and charged following a shocking police chase which saw vehicles zoom through South Queensferry.
The incident began when a car allegedly failed to stop for officers on Princes Street in Edinburgh around 7.45pm on Saturday, May 23.
A chase unfolded, seeing the driver pursued from centre city all the way to South Queensferry, where the scene was filmed on Newhalls Road near South Queensferry High Street.
The car stopped on the A904 near South Queensferry before the occupants ran off.

The driver of the car, a 38-year-old man was traced and arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear in Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, May 25.
Footage posted to Fife Jammer Locations on Facebook showed a silver saloon zooming down Newhalls Road closely pursued by a police vehicle.
Others can be seen hurriedly pulling their vehicles onto the side of the road to allow both cars to pass safely.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A car failed to stop for officers on Princes Street in Edinburgh around 7.45pm on Saturday, 23 May, 2026.
“A pursuit took place before the car stopped on the A904 near South Queensferry.
“The occupants of the vehicle then ran off. The driver of the car, a 38-year-old man was traced and arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
“He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, 25 May.”
