Edinburgh fans have been issued advice ahead of country singer Zach Bryan’s gig at Murrayfield. The Pink Skies singer is coming to the capital on June 14.
Thousands are expected to flock to Murrayfield, with gates opening at 5pm. Residents have been warned of road closures, which will be in place to ‘allow the attendees ease of access’.
Bryan’s With Heaven On tour kicked off on March 7 in Missouri, and is travelling across America and Europe. While in the UK, he’ll also be performing in Liverpool and London.
Traffic Scotland said: “We expect heavy traffic before and after the concerts particularly on the A90, A720, M8 and M90 as well as local routes leading to and from the stadium.”
Fans have been urged to avoid by travelling by car, and instead travel by public transport. There is no parking at Murrayfield, with road closures and parking restrictions before the concert and for 90 minutes after.
Traffic Scotland added: “You are best to use the Park and Ride facilities located around the outskirts of Edinburgh.
“From these facilities, you can hop on a bus or tram to get to the city centre or the stadium.”
