Gladiators will be returning home as part of their first UK tour – but it won’t be where many expect in Birmingham.
The BBC sports entertainment show was revived last year and instantly became a success.
No fewer than 8.7 million people tuned into the first episode, becoming the biggest entertainment series launch on BBC since Let It Shine in 2017.

Later this year, the Gladiators will be leaving their home at Utilita Arena Sheffield to embark on a tour around the country, including Birmingham.
Gladiators Live Tour will take place at the bp pulse LIVE arena on December 13 and 14.

Given the city’s connection to the original Gladiators, the two dates will be must-see for many Brummies.
The ITV Gladiators series was filmed in Utilita Arena Birmingham from 1992 to 2000, leading to the rise of stars Wolf, Jet, Lightning and more.
The newest iteration of the series includes Legend, Cyclone and Giant, all of whom are expected at the bp pulse LIVE arena.
Fans will witness iconic stunts of legendary athleticism from popular Gladiators and the tour will bring back contenders from series one and two to face their nemeses.
Across two hours of non-stop action, each show will end with the Eliminator, a gruelling and memorable obstacle course.
To make the event a memorable one, fans have the chance for exclusive Gladiator meet-and-greets, photo opportunities with iconic props and VIP pre-show packages.
Tickets for the Gladiators Live Tour will become available on April 17 via the Live Nation website.
