A unique festival combining houseplants and live music will debut in Bristol this summer, promising a day-long celebration of greenery and grassroots talent at the Bristol Pavilion.
Set to take place on Wednesday, July 23, GreenStage – Live will be the city’s first event of its kind, featuring two music stages and a vibrant selection of lifestyle and plant stalls from 11am until 8pm.
The one-day festival is organised by GreenStage, a Bristol-based collective known for hosting live recording sessions in plant shops and music venues over the past two years. Its mission has been to connect the city’s independent plant retailers with emerging musical talent, giving both communities a wider platform.
GreenStage – Live will build on that ethos, with the aim of helping small businesses and grassroots artists flourish despite current economic challenges.
Visitors can expect a wide array of houseplants, lifestyle products, and a full line-up of music performances spanning various genres, all within the scenic surroundings of the Seat Unique Stadium, in Bishopston.
Tickets for the event are priced at £20, with concessions available at £17.50. They can be purchased via Headfirst Bristol, as well as through platforms such as YUUP and Get Your Guide.
GreenStage continues to publish live session videos through its YouTube channel, GreenStage Sessions, further promoting local talent to a wider audience.
