The countdown is on, as Oasis fans only have to wait 40 more days until the Gallagher brothers reunite on stage for their hotly anticipated Oasis Live ’25 tour, starting with two nights in Cardiff at the beginning of July.

With the first reunion concerts just around the corner, the band have released another key detail about the tour that fans will need to know: what time the doors will open for the gigs.

And the answer may surprise you, as it is a whole hour earlier than Cardiff’s Principality Stadium will be opening its doors for other concerts this summer, including Kendrick Lamar and Lana Del Rey. Doors will open for the Oasis shows at 4pm, rather than the usual 5pm.

It comes after the younger Gallagher brother, Liam, had previously sparked concern and frustration among fans on X (formerly Twitter) over the concert’s run time, cryptically stating that it would last “59 minutes 59 seconds”, reports WalesOnline.

There is no confirmed run time for the Oasis shows as of yet, although performances at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff typically have a strict cut-off time of 10.30pm.

The support acts for Oasis’ reunion tour had also been previously announced, as the Britpop legends are set to be joined by lead singer of The Verve, Richard Ashcroft, as well as 90s indie rock band, Cast.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, tickets for the Oasis tour flew off the virtual shelves, and both Cardiff shows on July 4 and 5 are completely sold out at Ticketmaster and SeeTickets.

However, if you want to make sure you Don’t Look Back In Anger, it’s not too late to bag tickets from a resale site – and they may not cost you as much as you’d think.

Sites such as viagogo and VividSeats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience.

Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk. With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee.”

Currently, the cheapest tickets available for resale for Oasis’ Cardiff shows start from just £220 for seated tickets with a stage view at VividSeats, while general admission standing tickets will set you back a minimum of £400 from viagogo.

Over at StubHub, prices start from a little higher, with seated stage view tickets currently available from £290 each, while standing tickets start from £445.

But if you do opt to shell out for a spot at the Oasis tour, you’re sure to be left with memories that will Live Forever.
