A British holidaymaker in Majorca has shared her top tips she wishes she had known before jetting off to the popular holiday destination. Jasmine, a keen globetrotter, documented her weekend getaway in Sol Palmanova, Majorca, offering up key advice on hotel floor selection, dining options, beach activities and transport tips. The first pearl of wisdom from the content creator was to request a room on a higher floor when booking your hotel. According to Jasmine, this ensures you’ll have “such a good view” of the surrounding area.
In addition to accommodation advice, the TikToker suggested that pre-booking your restaurants for your holiday can save a lot of time and hassle.
She said: “Next thing I wish I knew before going is pre-book your restaurants you want to try. [Sol] Palmanova can get really busy, sometimes they don’t have reservations available.”

Jasmine’s third Majorca tip, which she dubbed her “favourite one,” emphasised the fun to be had at the beach.
She said: “You have to go to [Sol] Palmanova beach and hire a pedalboat.
“We paid around €20 for half an hour and we actually had so much fun.”
The traveller, who goes by @jasmtravel, also recommended watching the sunset from the shore, describing the area as having “some of the best views” she had ever seen.
For those less interested in beach activities, Jasmine suggested catching the bus into Palma centre, which will only cost you around €2.
She remarked: “We were able to do a lot of shopping that we weren’t able to do in Palmanova. They have a lot of cafes and cocktail bars, and all the buildings are so cute.
“It was just nice to have an afternoon out from around the pool.”
